We had a big-time guest on ‘The Andrew Steele Podcast’ on Friday with former NHL player JT Brown jumping on to dive into a smorgasbord of hockey talk.
Brown, who played in 365 career regular season games for three teams, is now the TV Color Analyst for the Seattle Kraken.
And that was our starting point.
We delved deep into Seattle’s season so far, their push for the playoffs right now, what they might do at the Trade Deadline, the development of rookie phenom Matty Beniers and expectations for Shane Wright next year.
Brown then gave a fascinating insight into his role as an analyst, what a gameday looks like for him and the one habit from his playing days that he still sticks to now.
We finished out with some general NHL talk, including touching on the superhuman brilliance of Connor McDavid and the upcoming NHL Trade Deadline.
Plus much, much more!
Happy Listening!
